📦 ORDERS
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can follow your delivery in real time there.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and confirmed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your address and items before completing your purchase.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email and appears in the subject line.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled if payment couldn’t be verified, if an item became unavailable, or if there was an error with your address. In such cases, the payment is automatically refunded.
What is a partial delivery?
Sometimes, your order may arrive in several packages. Don’t worry — the remaining items are on their way.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
All orders include free tracked shipping.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 5 business days at support@margotanddean.com, including clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll assist you right away.
My order shows “delivered”, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please double-check your mailbox, neighbors, or local post office. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@margotanddean.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
I haven’t received all of my items — what should I do?
Some items may ship separately. Please allow a few extra days for the remaining products to arrive.
💳 RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return a defective product?
If you wish to return or exchange a defective item, please contact us first at support@margotanddean.com.
Include the reason for return, photos or a short video, and proof of purchase.
The product must be unused, complete, and securely packaged. We’ll respond within 24 hours after receiving your email.
How do I return a damaged or incorrect item?
If you received the wrong, damaged, or defective product, contact us at support@margotanddean.com with photos/videos and proof of purchase.
Will I receive confirmation once my return is received?
Yes — as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after your return is received or once proof of shipment is provided.
Please note some banks may take a few extra days to show the refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Can I return items from multiple orders in one parcel?
Yes, as long as you include all relevant order numbers inside the package.
Why haven’t I received a return confirmation email?
A confirmation is sent only once the return has reached our warehouse. Please also check your spam folder.
I no longer have the card used for payment. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are always sent to the original payment method. If your card has expired, contact your bank for assistance — the refund will still reach your account.
Why is my refund partial?
If you returned several packages separately, each return is processed individually.
💰 PAYMENTS
Where can I find my card verification code (CVV)?
It’s the 3-digit number on the back of your credit or debit card.
Why was my credit card declined?
Possible reasons include incorrect details, typing errors, failed verification, or technical issues. Please double-check your information and try again.
My purchase was charged twice — what should I do?
Some banks temporarily show both an authorization hold and the actual payment. The pending amount is automatically released. If it isn’t, please contact your bank.
