We are looking for one reliable and friendly Customer Service Associate to support our boutique and help our clients with their questions and requests. You’ll be representing the warm, personal service that defines our brand.
Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions via email

Provide clear, polite, and helpful communication

Assist with general inquiries about products, availability, store information, and customer needs

Handle complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
